What is Solve?

Solve provides VIP Airport Concierge Services. Our agents will greet you and your party at curbside for our departure service or right at your gate for our connecting flight or arrival services. Our agents will also assist you with your luggage and fast track you and your party through immigration and customs. For an arrival service, we’ll also help you find safe transportation to your final destination.

How do you guarantee fast track immigration?

At the airports we service, we have full access to a separate, fast track immigration / customs line..

Can I use a different name from my own for the pick up sign?

Yes, if you would not like your name written on our sign, you can use a different name. Simply include your request in the “special requests” box at the end of your reservation form.

How does my Solve agent find me?

For our arrival and transfers service, our agent will meet you right at your gate. Please look for an agent holding a sign with your name. For our departure service, an agent will meet you curbside at your airline’s terminal. Our agent will call you ahead of time to find out when you’ll be arriving at the airport and request a call from you when you’re ten minutes away from the airport.

Can I book Solve for someone else?

You can absolutely book Solve for someone else. Simply log into your account and enter the passenger’s information. If the itinerary and confirmation need to go to another person, please be sure to update the trip contact in the booking process.

Do you need my passport information?

For most bookings, we do not need your passport information. However, for destination such as Shanghai, China and Sydney, Australia, we do need passport information. For these airports, you’ll be prompted to enter this information during the booking process.

What if I can’t find my Solve agent?

If you can’t find your solve agent, please contact us at (888) 305-9687 (within the United States) or +1 (702) 848-4849 (outside of the United States).

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We offer free cancellations or booking changes if you cancel or change your booking 48 hours before your scheduled service. If you cancel or change between 48 – 24 hours of your scheduled service, a cancel or change fee of $75 USD will be applied. If you cancel or change within 24 hours of your scheduled service, no refund will be provided and you will be charged the full booking fee.

What airports do you serve?

We serve over 500 airports worldwide, a full list with pricing and availability can be found here. We’re always working to add more airports so that more passengers can enjoy the benefits of Solve. If your airport is not currently listed, please contact us and we will do our best to help you with your booking.

Can I book ground transportation through Solve?
